Jasmine is an evergreen, climbing or erect shrub, a fairly fast growing plant with simple trifoliate leaves. It is thermophilic and grows in tropical and subtropical climates. From the white flowers collected in the shields, an essential oil is obtained by solvent extraction.

Refined and delicate, floral honey with a touch of juicy greenery, very bright top tone.

It has antiseptic, deodorant, expectorant, tonic, antispasmodic, sedative, anti-inflammatory, soothing, regulating, tonic, decongestant, analgesic, antioxidant properties. Stabilizes blood pressure. Stimulates brain activity. It has a beneficial effect on the human endocrine system during stress, helps to fight neuroses, insomnia, depression. Eliminates spasms and colic, muscle and joint pain. Helps with cellulite. Helps eliminate cough. Suitable for massage and bath. Rejuvenates and refreshes the skin, makes it elastic and evens out the structure. It is an aphrodisiac.

For compresses, 5 drops of ether are required for one glass of warm water. For massage in 15 g of base, add up to 5 drops of oil, the same proportion is used to enrich home cosmetics. You can flavor a cup of tea with two drops of jasmine.

Not recommended during pregnancy. The dosage should be observed and a skin test done before using the oil.
