Clary sage essential oil

Clary sage is a herbaceous perennial plant, up to 130 cm high. Straight and pink, covered with light hairs stem. From large heart-shaped leaves and small lilac flowers, essential oil is obtained by steam distillation.

The fresh and light hue of the herb is mixed with tea and bitter, slightly sweet, camphor aroma.

It has deodorant, soothing, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, stimulating, relaxing, antispasmodic, anticonvulsant, antibacterial, diuretic, warming properties. It has a beneficial effect on the body for bleeding gums, headaches, depression, colds, acne, insect bites, infertility, edema. Suitable for all skin types. Helps to cope with alcohol, nicotine and drug addiction. Increases male potency, is an aphrodisiac.

During the period of sore throat, it is recommended to dilute 3 drops of ether in a glass of warm water, and gargle with this. For inhalation, two drops of oil will be enough. When aromatizing a room, 3 drops for every 10 square meters. To get rid of dandruff, mix 30 ml of flaxseed oil with 2 drops of clary sage, apply the mask and wash off after an hour.

It is forbidden to combine with alcohol, take pregnant women and children under 6 years old. The dosage should be observed and a skin test done before using the oil.
