Fir essential oil
Siberian fir is a very thick, evergreen tree, reaching a height of 30 meters. Thin branches falling to the ground, the bark is smooth, dark gray, buds with dense scales in the form of cones. Altai, Khakassia, Siberia, Russia, Europe are considered the birthplace of growth. Essential oil is obtained from soft, flat needles using steam distillation.
Camphor-coniferous aroma with notes of pineapple and strawberry, slightly oily with a bright forest scent. It is revealed as peculiar and fruity-balsamic.
It has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, soothing, aromatizing, antibacterial, expectorant, antiviral, healing, vasoconstrictor, tonic, warming, stimulating, deodorant properties. It has a beneficial effect on the body in case of toothache, bruises, conjunctivitis, fungal skin lesions, angina pectoris, cough, bronchitis, reduced immunity, general fatigue, genitourinary infections. Improves blood circulation, optimizes the work of the cardiovascular system. Relieves overwork. Suitable for massage, bath, sauna, normal and aging skin.
For toothaches, apply a cotton swab soaked in oil to the sore spot on the gum every 2-3 hours. For colds, use rubbing by mixing 3 drops of ether with the base. For inhalations, two drops of fir will be enough, the duration of the procedure should not exceed five minutes.
Refrain from using for acute infectious diseases, pregnancy and lactation.
