Fennel essential oil
Fennel is a herbaceous medicinal herb also known as dill and grows up to two meters in height. Umbrella-shaped inflorescence. The Mediterranean is considered the birthplace of growth. Essential oil is obtained from the seeds using steam distillation.
Sweet, medicinal scent with mild bitterness, slightly spicy, fruity top.
It has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, carminative, anthelmintic, antispasmodic, diuretic, antioxidant, healing, antiemetic, bactericidal properties. Removes poisons and relieves coughs. It has a beneficial effect on the body in case of cellulite, obesity, nicotine and alcohol poisoning, bronchitis, arthritis, digestive disorders, urinary infections, premenstrual syndrome, vegetative-vascular dystonia. Suitable for all skin types, for massage and bath.
In case of poisoning, take one drop of ether together with half a spoonful of vegetable oil, be sure to drink two liters of water within three hours. For cold inhalation, apply two drops of fennel to a cotton pad and breathe for no more than 8 minutes.
Forbidden during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with high blood pressure, people suffering from epilepsy and liver disease. The dosage should be observed and a skin test done before using the oil.
