Chamomile essential oil
Chamomile is an unpretentious annual plant, up to 60 cm high. North America and Eurasia are considered the birthplace of growth. Essential oil is obtained from the stocky inflorescences in the form of baskets using steam distillation.
Cold and languid aroma, fruity and sweet-herbaceous, the top tone is sugar and tobacco.
It has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, vasoconstrictor, diuretic, antibacterial, antifebrile, regenerating, immunomodulating, soothing, sedative, antipyretic, anthelmintic, blood-forming, anti-allergenic, carminative, local anesthetic properties. It has a beneficial effect on the body with allergies, depression, hyperexcitability, stomatitis, burns, insect bites, poor appetite, hiccups, chronic gastritis, decreased secretion of the gastrointestinal tract, menstrual pain, inflammation of the joints, bronchitis, pulmonary infection, tonsillitis. Suitable for all skin types, as well as massage and bath. Eliminates dandruff.
For massage, mix 3 drops of chamomile with the base cream. For angina and toothache, add two drops of ether to a glass of warm water and rinse. To accelerate hair growth, add two drops of chamomile to one spoonful of burdock, cover the roots with a mask for 40 minutes, then rinse with shampoo.
Prohibited during pregnancy. The dosage should be observed and a skin test done before using the oil.
