Thyme is a creeping shrub that grows up to 40 cm in height. It is often used as a spice. The homeland of growth is the Mediterranean coast. For colds, inhalation will help by adding one drop of ether to hot water. For rubbing in 10 drops of oil, add 30 ml of base. To rinse your mouth for a toothache, you need two drops of thyme in a glass of water.
Prohibited during pregnancy and breastfeeding, high blood pressure, epilepsy, stomach ulcer. The dosage should be observed and a skin test done before using the oil.
