Myrrh essential oil
Commiphora is an African plant reaching a height of 4 meters. Thin papery-looking bark, trifoliate, white or red flowers of four petals. From the resin of this tree, the essential oil of myrrh is obtained by steam distillation.
Woody-fruity aroma with smoky bitterness.
It has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, astringent, antipyretic, harmonizing, regenerating, decongestant, antibacterial, deodorant, vasoconstrictor, antimicrobial, tonic, anesthetic, stimulating properties. It has a general strengthening effect and a beneficial effect on the body in case of depression, insomnia, bleeding gums, colds, problems of the gastrointestinal tract, allergies. It is a powerful aphrodisiac. It is able to smooth out fine wrinkles, refreshing and tightening the skin of the face. Prevents hair loss. Suitable for massage, bath and sauna.
For aroma pendant and aromatization of the premises, you will need 3 drops of ether. For massage and cold inhalations, 5 drops of oil for every 10 g of base. Add 6 drops of myrrh to the chamomile solution to moisturize your face. To get rid of pimples and acne, apply the oil on top of the affected area.
Prohibited during pregnancy. The dosage should be observed and a skin test done before using the oil.
