Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a perennial evergreen tree, reaching a height of 15 meters. Fruits in the form of blue-white berries, leathery leaves, small white flowers. The homeland of growth is Sri Lanka, India, Ceylon. Essential oil is obtained from the thick crushed bark by steam distillation. It is a spice.

Very strong aroma, sweet and spicy, warm and soft.

Possesses insecticidal, antiseptic, hemostatic, warming, antimicrobial, soothing, antitussive, bronchodilator, antispasmodic, antispasmodic, immunomodulatory properties. Increases performance and stress resistance. It has a beneficial effect on the body with dizziness, excess weight, vegetative-vascular dystonia, muscle cramps, colds, insect bites, reduced immunity. Suitable for massage, bath, sauna and all skin types.

For aroma lamps, two drops of ether will be enough. For enrichment of home cosmetics for every 15 g of the base, no more than 3 drops of oil. For hot inhalation, add two drops of cinnamon to hot water, the duration of such a procedure should not exceed 7 minutes.

Prohibited during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The dosage should be observed and a skin test done before using the oil.
